Individual Development: The Next Levels Program
The Next Levels Program offers life coaching, spiritual coaching, financial coaching, relational coaching, career coaching, health coaching, problem solving, living wage subsidies, affordable housing opportunities and IDA matching funds to qualifying low-income people who want to: climb up to the Next Levels of life, live up to their full potential and realize the full extent of their dreams. Affordable Housing Development: Housing Enterprises
Agape Housing Enterprises wants to make it possible for everyone to afford to live in Pasadena. We are currently trying to increase the affordable housing stock by buying up existing market-rate apartment complexes and turning them into affordable units. In the future, we would like to develop new affordable units throughout the city.
Project #1 — 685 East Washington Blvd.
Agape Life Change is in the midst of acquiring the eight apartment units located next door (685 East Washington) so that it can provide ‘service enriched’ permanent affordable housing to low-income families and transitional housing graduates.
We will offer its living spaces at affordable levels (30-50% of AMI) to a hardworking and diverse population.
Community Development
Agape Life Change has relocated its operations to Northwest Pasadena at the corner of El Molino and Washington. During this relocation phase, we have been networking with existing social service non-profits, churches and businesses within this zone to discover what is being done and what still needs to be done to develop the community. We are currently canvassing the neighborhoods to find out how we can come alongside the residents living in the area so as to help them achieve their ultimate vision for this zone.
Social Enterprise
Agape Life Change will also set up businesses, which will meet a social need, earn a profit and help to fund the programs listed above. We are beginning a Daycare and a Life Coaching business, and we hope to run other businesses in the future, which will allow us to hire and train Next Levels program participants.

Community Betterment
After renovating, Agape Life Change will offer classes and programs, which will meet the needs and wants of the community as a whole. If there is a desire for ESL classes, we will provide them. If there is a desire for a quality after-school arts program, we will provide it.
